About the Job

At Uniflex, we are now looking for dedicated and driven concrete workers for immediate start at our client Skar Byggsystem in Strängnäs. In their modern factory, both simpler concrete elements and advanced frameworks with unique facade designs are manufactured.

Your Main Responsibilities

As a concrete worker with us, you will be an important part of the production of prefabricated concrete elements and frameworks. You will work both independently and in teams, where precision and good collaboration skills are crucial for a successful outcome.

Your tasks include, among others:

Formwork, reinforcement, and pouring
Reading blueprints and working according to technical specifications
Quality control and post-processing

The position is full-time. Working hours are approximately 06:00–15:00, with the possibility of adjustment based on the client's needs.

The employment starts with us at Uniflex, but for the right person, there are good opportunities for takeover and direct employment at Skar Byggsystem.

We are looking for someone who is curious, responsible, and eager to learn a profession with a future. Previous experience is advantageous but not required – the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, engagement, and drive. We will teach you the rest!

The work is physically demanding, so you need to be in good shape and not afraid to put in the effort when needed. We also believe that you have a positive attitude, enjoy developing, and thrive in both independent and team settings.

Meritorious:

Previous experience in concrete work, preferably within prefab
Experience in reading blueprints
Forklift license
